CollectionsCCGS library materials have been acquired by direct purchase and by donation. This is a reference collection; items do not circulate, but must be used in the library. The collection is strong in guide books about how to do genealogy, with files of tips and helpful hints. Subject concentration is on Cape Cod people, but coverage is worldwide. Current genealogical magazines and newsletters of general and regional interest bring the latest information to our shelves regularly. The growing collection of information on CD is helping us manage limited library space, yet provide volumes of data. Those who live at a distance may access parts of the collection by mail using our copy service. Books:The Society's book collection includes volumes covering the following categories of genealogical interest. All are available for reading in the Genealogy Room. |
